The Case Place was started in
1992 to provide quality hard side carrying cases at discounted
prices. As a hunter, I realized that a hard case would do a better
job or protecting my rifles, shotguns, and handguns than a soft
case. But, there seemed to be few companies who offered quality
hard side cases at reasonable prices, so we embarked on our venture to
fill this need.
We have selected manufacturers from
among the best who made a quality product at a reasonable price.
We do not stock any case that we don't use ourselves, or wouldn't use if
we had the need. Apparently our selections and prices have been
what the public wants, because we have shipped cases all over the United
States, and several foreign countries.
Our SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY is
simple. We will ship your order the same day, or no later than the
following day under most circumstances. We generally ship UPS, but
can ship FedEx, or U.S. Postal Service.
We do not send out cases for trial. It is our policy to extend a 100% credit for the purchase price of a case sent to a customer IF another case is ordered to replace the original case, and the original case is received in our offices within 15 days of the date of ordering the original case in its original condition with all foam, keys, warranty and hang tags in good condition with no modifications.
The replacement case must be of equal or greater value. If a replacement case is not purchased, there is a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs of the original case to the customer and back to us are the responsibility of the customer, as are the shipping costs of the replacement case.
